I did a West Coast Avengers deck with Hawkeye a ways back, but now it can be done a little more accurately.
The WCA was a comic I actually collected starting from issue #1 back when I was young and I always like the team. That previous deck had to fudge a couple of characters to make it work, but now it is possible to have the actual full lineup in a single, legal deck. Like any team, they changed a lot, so I settled on the team as it stood in issue #21, when Hank Pym and Moon Knight were added to the roster. When Hercules comes out next year, I'll have to find some room for Avengers Compound in the mix to give the team their proper headquarters.
This is a pretty straightforward ally build, get allies out and upgrade them when you can, all while Tigra collects minions to improve card draw and provide some alter ego threat reduction with Precinct HQ. Watch out for Mockingbird, as she does not have the Avenger trait inherently on this card and can mess up your Mighty Avengers and Avengers Tower bonuses. You do have a couple of copies of Honorary Avenger to help with this or to provide bonus HP.
I've really enjoyed Wonder Man in this deck. With Mighty Avengers, and Inspired he jumps up to ATK 5, THW 3 and Tigra can generally keep the cards coming for him to discard to attack. Even in alter-ego, she can draw a free Hunted just to supply Wonder Man another punch. Add in Power Gloves for some bonus damage, Earth's Mightiest Heroes for multiple activations, bonus HP from Team Training or Honorary Avenger and Simon Williams can bring the thunder.
Your other natural fit is Hawkeye, who can soften up all those minions as they come into play and even without upgrades can ping off toughs and pick off that last nagging threat on side schemes.
If you really want to play out issue #21, choose Kang as your villain and give him the Western modular from the Mojo set.
Love seeing these thematic decks. So much fun.
