She-Hulk is one of the handful of heroes that loves to flip. Take advantage of her high recovery along with "Crew Quarters" to keep her healthy. Then flip to Hero form dealing 2 damage to an enemy and using "Ready to Rumble" to ready. Use Lay down the law to keep the main scheme clean after flipping.
"Split personality" gives the flexibility to flip multiple times in a turn.
"Sonic rifle" keeps the villain from scheming.
This deck is pretty cheap overall too.
