This deck is reliant on the strength of his hero. "Smash the problem" to counter at 7 once installed. "Quick strike" and "crushing blow" to hit at 7 without loosing the brute forces (and the boundless rage if you are lucky enough).
The fact that you don't need to tap to attack most of the time let you defend with ease as long as you still have to install (Without speaking oh Hulk's high hit point value).
As you are installing, "lockjaw" is one of the key card to help maintain the threat to a low level. Play him as often as possible. All the ressources card and supports are there to help you play that way. Once "lockjaw" showed himself, don't be afraid to return in a-e to heal by 8 (16 in 2 turn) with the help of "down time" and "Banner's laboratory" and come back in hero "ready to rumble"

I immediately made a similar deck once I got Quick Strike. Definitely a worthwhile Hulk deck. He' probably not up there yet, but he's slowly getting there. 1-2 Hulk-centric cards could make him shine.
