Works well against enemies that have a scheme with a target of 6, or more depending on health. A LOT of strength resources, which means Hulk can be used to maximum efficiency in most cases, if you do need to remove some threat in a scenario you can add “Looking for Trouble” from GMW, and “Smash The Problem” from The Valkyrie hero pack.
