Groot protection

This deck focuses on Groot's growth counters in order to maximize his hero cards. This is done mainly through cards that either give him toughness or are able to stun the villain. For such reason, Groot should only defend players under dire situations, rather than block every damage possible.

Med Team and Ready to Rumble are the main cards with which you can actively help your teammates. In addition, Med Team can actually be employed on your allies, like Rocket raccoon, which makes him highly effective in clearing threats and mobs.
