The main goal is to never take damage.

You don't want to defend with Vision. The Androids will be used to Atk/Thw and Reboot to ready up and heal. Use them to block or better yet just tank the hit with a Tough Status from Perseverance. You should be flipping forms every turn.

Vision has so many amazing cards already available to him like Solar Beam so just staying alive is key and filling in any role that is needed on your team.
