Too tired to go deep in to the analysis. Permanent resources let you get buff and use Teamwork to get up to +5 attack or thwart thanks to VEN#m getting counters from the interface upgrades
With all that HP value I gotta include Unshakable and Clarity of Purpose. The additional copies are to give to my friends a way to convert excess health into resource.
