This deck focuses on building up Rocket's Thwart, clearing side schemes all while dealing damage.
Once Heroic Intuition and Thruster Boots is out Rocket is able to Thwart for 4. Combo that with "I've got a plan" + Brains over Brawn and now Rocket is thwarting for 5 while dealing 5 damage without having to depend on his upgrades if they're out of counters.
Making an entrance can be used to further add to Rocket's Thwart and heal him if need be.
Skilled Investigator is a great combo because side schemes get cleared easily with this deck and One way or another helps to ensure there are side schemes to clear.
Overwatch is a great addition to help Rocket Clear side schemes while removing threat from the main scheme (or vice versa)
The allies are mainly there to help block. Groot is great to soak up damage.
Still tinkering but having a lot of fun dishing out huge damage with Rocket!
