With this deck, I wanted to use Rocket's alter-ego ability to recycle tech on allies. I included a lot of allies, many are there for cheap blockers, and the others are meant to get some upgrades. This deck was ok, I ended up doing something similar with a lot more success with Star-Lord later on.
I used this to beat the Core and Wave 1 scenarios on Expert, paired with Spectrum Aggression.
