Sow the Chaos
As a rule, this deck seeks to make you the ultimate punching bag for the villain and their friends. In doing so however, you'll be punching back, and punching hard. Using an incredibly high maximum health, and a ludicrous recovery stat, you can afford to get hit, and get hit a lot. All the while you'll be profiting form Spider-Nonsense.
Setting up the Boar-d
In the early game, you should be focusing on getting two key pieces of kit on to the table: Down Time & Symbiote Suit. Without the increases to recovery and max health that these two upgrades provide, you won't be able to see this deck realize it's full potential. Ideally, you'll be swinging back and forth between high and low-ish health levels. This might seem dangerous but there are plenty of resources available to you in this deck to help keep you safe. Cartoon Physics and your allies will be there to block particularly nasty hits if you feel that you might go down, and Crew Quarters, Recuperation, and Endurance are here to supplement your recovery turns. I should note however that it is still very important to have a sense of what kind of damage the scenario is capable of dishing out, so as not to accidentally find yourself roasting on a spit.
Bringing Home the Bacon
So, as I've previously indicated, you want to get attacked as frequently as your health pool will allow. To accomplish this you'll use Toe to Toe & Petulant Pig, both of which have pretty solid benefits. After being attacked you'll want to use "You'll Pay for That!" & Counterattack to get more value out of the health that you're losing. You might be tempted to use Cartoon Physics to mitigate large hits, but if you've got a Counterattack prepped and have sufficient health, consider taking the hit to deal it right back to the villain. Using this technique you'll be able to put good damage on the villain and rack up resources to boot! Additionally, the Spiderverse suite of allies can output even more damage (augmented by Boot Camp) or thwart if needed. You might find the need to go to alter-ego pretty frequently, but the innate thwart in Ham's kit with Ham It Up and Hogwashed, combined with confuse from Swinging Web Pig can usually make that less of an issue.
All of these effects combine to form a deck that is well rounded in a somewhat surprising way. They say health is a resource and never has that been more true than right now.
Note: Given the number of activations this deck induces, exercise caution when using it against the Infinity Gauntlet or any villain that keys off of activations
Hi, my few thoughts...
Why 'Wasp'? You have well enough (prob too many imo) web-warriors to consistently occupy your ally slots to draw from with WoL&D and then Scarlett herself. You should only have 1 floating ally slot. 'Sp//dr suit' should cycle itself for free when you get going (Between 'team building' and 'WoL&D). She attacks T1, and then from T2 onwards she thwarts and returns to hand then plays straight away and attacks in same T2 = cycle. And Parker should NEVER leave play (see below)!
You prob wanna run 'First Aid' (x3) for "Parker" because he is only "BUSTED efficiency" with WW main characters. And Porker can play him real easy with his toon counters. DO NOT plan on letting him leave play to WoL&D - that's what the other WW are for! Essentially, first aid him for 2 (total mana) will provide about 10-20 stat effects (Parker stat of 2-5 and main stat of 3-5 twice each, each use of FA). Give him a 'sidearm', 'WotW' and the boost from 'bootcamp'. This keeps him in play for use EVERY turn. Then that brings 'Warrior of the Web' (x1-2) for when Sp//dr cycles every turn is another free +1 attack to Parker and/or Porker.
I found Otto a good 3rd ally as he can straighten your Webbing which can straighten you. Makes him well worth his 3 total cost. I don't think you need any other allies (Cat is still good to alternate with Otto), and "Across the Spider-verse' is still solid to fetch Otto (direct to play), or Parker if something goes awry.
I know you are running with the supa-Recovery (and Porker does it very well), but I always wander if the extra attack triggers (like TtT) are worth the risk of the other effects that doing so brings such as 'boosts', items, status'.??? Normal villain activations can trigger Counterattack & YPfT, and you already have 'Petulant Pig'. My thoughts are this much extra villain attacking is prob overkill in that dept. with the extra effects calculated in. I do like your "caution"! :) Remember you can also defend another player (in multiplayer) to get attacked too.
The extra straighten every turn from Parker will provide the extra offense (A/T) that 'Counter and YPfT' miss out on by subbing in First Aid, plus it might occasionally be useful on another "squished" character...
