Introduction:

I strictly play 2-3 player multiplayer so this may not be the ideal deck for solo players.

Cards to consider :

-Hall of Heroes (for minion heavy scenarios).

-Toe to Toe (For specific scenarios where you know you will encounter 5hp minions to take out without having to exhaust Hulk).

-Counterattack (It's not needed but running 1x of in villains scenarios that deal high damage will give this card more value).

Mulligan:

The cards listed below are what you want to try to build on turn 1.

-Enhanced Physique

-Immovable Object

-Hall of Heroes

-Avengers Mansion

-Hellicarrier

-Quincarrier

I would only recommend turning into Hulk on turn one if you drew into Limitless Strength or if your other players need prioritization to stay in alter-ego mode and build up. Otherwise you can wait until turn two to switch forms in order to take advantage of Bruce Banners' Cycle-Draw 1 for two turns.

Strategy:

Hulk is pretty straightforward. You want to build up supports and upgrades early on to make your future turns more efficient.

Jarnbjorn gets a lot of value since Hulk likes to do basic attacks. This deck runs 35/42 cards with 'Physical' resource. You can pay the cost of Jarnbjorn with a card in hand or with Enhanced Physique. Unstoppable Force lets you continue the beating in order to keep responding with Janbjorn.

Smashing is the name of the game, but that doesn't mean you can't contribute to Thwarting either. This deck has access to lots of big resources. Take advantage of that by bringing out big allies like Brawn, Lockjaw, Sentry and She-Hulk who can contribute to thwarting or attacking.

If you have a hand of cards that don't require you to make a basic attack then you should consider defending villain attacks. Staying in Hulk form for as long as possible is one of your biggest strengths and gives your allies some breathing room while you tank the field.

Final Notes:

No matter how well you play, there may be occasions where you find yourself stuck with a handful of resources. In the worst case scenario you would switch over to Bruce Banner to be able to keep those resources and try to build something next turn. In other cases your fellow players could help you draw using Avengers Mansion to make use of those resources. Another option is to play Lockjaw from the discard pile.

Again, this deck was designed with multiplayer in mind. Have fun out there!
