Domino is incredible, she has so much synergy, and her cards are so strong. The strongest of all of them is probably Probability Field, which makes all of her basic powers super strong. We utilize that as much as we can by readying her. Her pistols and Sharpshooter combined do so much damage, so we barely have to worry about doing more, so our focus is on defense and thwarting. Defensively, Domino sports a 3 defense naturally, and once we get Probability Field into play she often boosts up to a 5, making her a natural defender.

Thwarting is her weakest side, but again, with Probability Field everything is so much better. On top of that, Bait and Switch can remove threat in exchange or a villain attack. This might not always be good, but there are some interesting things to do with it here. Namely with Lucky and Good. It is an upgrade, but it's activation is considered a defense. You can use Domino to attack or thwart, and while she's exhausted you can play Bait and Switch to be attacked, and by using Lucky and Good you're suddenly considered to be defending. It won't prevent damage, but importantly it allows you to trigger Indomitable, allowing you to get an extra action during the hero phase, hopefully with Probability Field in play. Then if you wish to flip down you can get Indomitable back into your hand with Neena's ability.

There's a delicate balance between defending everything and letting some hits through. Keep in mind you need to be damaged to play What Doesn't Kill Me, so occasionally leaving a minion around to hit you before you blow it away with the Pistol/Sharpshooter pairing is valid. Because we do want to tank some damage sometimes, alter ego is important for Domino. Pip the Pug is an amazing card, Weapon X gets you a card at least (and possibly an ally or some resources for free), and it's where we can go to get our Painted Lady cards. This is where Professor X comes into play. If you need to take some time off, Professor X can come in and confuse the villain and provide thwarting power, and if you need a little more time just swap a card from hand for him since he'll be on top of your discard pile. If you thought Probability Field just being a double Heroic Intuition/Combat Training/Armored Vest was good enough, turns out it isn't a hero interrupt, so it's a Down Time as well! Your desire to heal back up is why I included Ready to Rumble, even if it's just a single copy.

I firmly believe Domino is in the top 3-5 strongest heroes in the game. From my first game it was so evident that she's just incredible. She can thrive in any aspect, and most importantly she's also SUPER fun and interesting to play. In Leadership you can take extra advantage of your powerful Posse allies (Outlaw is a gross card), and use Beast to make Jackpot do somersaults through your deck, hand, and discard pile, and her top deck manipulation and discard ability makes Make the Call thrive. In Aggression you can go the Honed Technique route with her wilds, but I'll probably try a voltron Cosmo deck to play on her top deck knowledge (plus Pip needs a brother). Justice she can just do good stuff in the aspect that most focuses on her weakest side. I like Protection a lot for the action advantage, but I think you can do no wrong with Domino. She says it's luck, but it often feels like cheating.
