Black Panther hits the ground running, and the second you get Hall of Heroes out, you can start building minions for the draw three. Avenger's Mansion? Draw one. The Golden City? Flip - Draw two... play down some extra stuff, then draw a hand of six. On the new turn, draw two, and head on out.
It's not unheard of to have twelve cards in your hand every few turns. At that point, getting all the allies into place, and dropping multiple "Wakanda Forever!"'s with a stack of upgrades is pretty reasonable to be expected.
In good ole T'Challa fashion, I had 0 issues paying for anything, and that card draw made it worth while to flip every opportunity. That was a fun deck!
