A Hulk protection deck for anyone who wants to still believe in the big green monster.
First turn, mulligan for the best upgrade you can find. You should be flipping to Hulk no later than turn 2. Once you have flipped, you should be defending almost every villain attack trigger possible. Hulk will be constantly readying himself and taking no damage from attacks.
Everything is about putting down valuable upgrades and playing any defense events, whenever it’s possible to play them. Defending is always the right move once you have two to three upgrades down.

Feb 01, 2024this was fun! i took it against Morlock Seige, which was a bit of a mistake just because of how big those villain attacks are if you don't pay their very painful costs. but Hulk did great in dealing more damage before more damage was dealt to him. he lost one morlock, but that's okay. Hulk seems like someone who might have an occasional casualty. thanks for posting the deck. |
I like it! I might pair this with Rogue and Mutant Education to keep using Hulk Smash! over and over again.
