24 years ago, the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, was executed. However, before his death he revealed to everyone that his treasure, the One Piece, was hidden at the end of the Grand Line. This inspired people to become pirates and sail toward the treasure, beginning the Great Age of Pirates.

A young girl from the East Coast named Kamala Khan dreamed of finding the One Piece, but lost the ability to swim after eating a Devil Fruit giving her the ability to stretch her body like rubber. Kamala sets off to sea forming the Marvel Pirates Crew. Her infamy grew as she sailed the seas and made comrades on her journey to be Queen of the Pirates!!

Meet the Crew

[Ms. Marvel](/card/05001a): The captain and future Queen of the Pirates. Kamala ate the Gum Gum fruit, a devil fruit that changed her body to rubber. Kamala can alter her body to address whatever the villain throws at her.

[Red Dagger](/card/05002): First Mate and Swordsman on the crew. Red Dagger is a faithful companion that will help you take down any foe. He will always be around thanks to his interrupt which can be activated whether you're in hero or alter ego.

[Aamir Khan](/card/05006): the Navigator. Aamir guides your journey by placing any card from the discard pile at the bottom of the deck. Use Aamir to sculpt your hand towards the end of the deck cycle. Use to draw into your setup or strong combos.

[Falcon](/card/29015): the Marksman. Falcon has great vision allowing him to hit the foe's weak spot or thwart their schemes. He's a coward so he generally wont hit the field until the late game. He relies on his teammates to fight for him so, so he will ready your allies or hero for extra actions.

[Snowguard](/card/29023): the Cook. Snowguard can prepare whatever dish you'd like. Is your appetite in the mood for 3 ATK, 3 THW or a tanky 8 hp with retaliate? Snowguard can prepare it all. Early game she will serve up 3 THW needed to keep the game going until you are setup. Then she dishes out the damage with 3 ATK. In scenarios where you will be hit with indirect damage or a swarm of weak minions, then the 8 hp and retaliate tastes great.

Tony Tony [Med Lab](/card/38028): the Doctor. Keep your crew healthy and in the fight with Med Lab. Whenever your allies go down to consequential damage, then have them see Tony Tony Med Lab and they'll be back in no time. Ms. Marvel wants to flip to AE often so Med Lab's alter ego limitation doesn't slow you down.

[Nakia Bahadir](/card/05008): the Archeologist. Nakia's studious nature lead her to look into the mysterious stones, the Poneglyphs. Nakia's knowledge of the history of the world is an amazing benefit to your gameplay as she can reduce the cost of a card.

[Ironheart](/card/13018): the Shipwright. The Marvels pirate crew stumbled upon Ironheart along their journey. She built them a wonderful ship, "The Thousand Helicarrier," the ship that will carry them to the final island on the grandline, [The Triskelion](/card/01073), where they will find the greatest treasure of all.

[Lockjaw](/card/05018): the Musician. Every pirate crew absolutely needs one thing, and that is ... a musician. Lockjaw's tuning fork on his forehead helps him play any melody perfectly. Lockjaw ate the revive-revive fruit. A devil fruit that enhanced their soul to the point where they can resurrect. As a result, Lockjaw can be played from the discard pile.

[Spider-Man](/card/13019): the Helmsman. Miles Morales is a powerful ally from a special race of hybrid human spider people. These Spider-Men are similar to humans in appearance but are 10 times stronger. Their strength is amplified whenever they are on a web. Thus, Miles hits the board with lots of power (+2 to atk/thw) that goes away once he's forced to fight on land.

600 Million Berry Jackpot

The crewmates are all wanted criminals by the world government. Their combined bounties surpass 600 Million Berrys!!. "Go for Champions!" shows off the power house that is the Marvel Pirates Crew. When the Captain and allies get together they take no damage and are fearless. Play Go For Champions, exhaust all your allies to get thwarting or damage on the board with no consequential damage. Then take any damage or attack the villain throws out, and live to tell the tale.

Gum Gum Abilities

Ms. Marvel's rubber abilities allow her to change her body to create cool attacks. Just remember to yell out "GUM GUM" to activate your powers.

GUM GUM! Kong Gatling: Take on gigantic proportions while wailing on your opponent repeatedly. This is on of Ms. Marvel's strongest combo. Play [Big Hands](/card/05003) multiple times in a turn through using Ms. Marvel's Morphogenics ability. Use [Falcon](/card/29015) and [Tenacity](/card/01093) to ready Ms. Marvel for extra uses of Morphongenics. Your navigator [Aamir Khan](/card/05006) can lead you to this powerful combo by stacking Big Hands and double resource cards on the bottom of the deck

GUM GUM! Hydra: [Beat 'Em Up](/card/14032) allows Ms. Marvel to hit all the opponents in front of her.

GUM GUM! Fireworks: Throw punches and kicks in every direction with [Hit and Run](/card/18020) to deal damage and thwart. When you don't know what to do, then do everything.

GUM GUM! Bazooka: A powerful burst attack to knock out any minion or deal a heavy blow to the villain. [Mass Attack](/card/21016) allows you to exhaust any of your allies because they all share the Champion or Inhuman trait. Borrow their power to hit the enemy for big damage. [Snowguard](/card/29023) can serve up a nice 3 ATK stat and [Spider-Man](/card/13019) Miles can lend 4 ATK on the turn he is played. Mass Attack can hit a max 12 damage when combining Snowguard, Spider-Man Miles, another ally and [Embiggen!](/card/05010).

GUM GUM! Airhead: Your defensive ability allows you to empty your head to avoid damage. [Wiggle Room](/card/05005) is a key card to this deck. Play Wiggle Room every turn with Morphogenics. This effectively makes Ms. Marvel a 3 DEF hero that draws a card whenever they defend. The card draw from Wiggle Room helps you retain a 5 card hero hand while holding onto Wiggle Room every turn.

Gear Second: Ms. Marvel's rubber body gives her enhanced durability allowing her to push her limits at the expense of her life force. [Clarity of Purpose](/card/31029) burns Ms. Marvel's health to generate a resource. The resource comes in handy to pay for [Falcon](/card/29015)'s and [Tenacity](/card/01093)'s . Both allow you to ready for more actions. Wiggle Room can negate the damage from Clarity of Purpose to net a resource and card draw.

Haki

A mysterious power that allows you to turn your spiritual energy into powerful effects. Haki takes on various forms depending on how you use it.

Armament Haki: Strengthen your body for better defense or offense. Make yourself and allies invulnerable with [Ready for Action](/card/04017) and [Invulnerability](/card/06021) to gain tough bodies that can deflect damage. Pump up the damage of your attack events with [Embiggen!](/card/05010).

Observation Haki: Use your observation to undue the villain's scheming. [Shrink](/card/05011) can enhance the thwarting [Sneak By](/card/05004) to make sure the villain cannot complete their plans. In threat heavy scenarios, keep Sneak By in hand with Morphogenics and loop Lockjaw or Red Dagger to block the villain's attacks.

Deck Notes

The core plan is to use various loop mechanisms to play control, ramp, or tempo as needed. Ms. Marvel's morphogenics can loop her events to push damage, consistently thwart, or neutralize the villain's attacks. The allies can be looped outright or through AE flips with Med Lab as needed.

Wiggle Room: Ms. Marvel's best card. It opens many options for her. Loop with Morphogenics to turn Ms. Marvel into 3 DEF hero while maintaining the 5 card hero hand size. Mulligan hard for this card.

Lockjaw and Red Dagger: Lockjaw and Red Dagger are quite expensive to loop, (4 ER for Lockjaw and 5 ER for Red Dagger). But, in exchange you get a block for yourself or teammates, plus thwart/damage with their basic action and Red Dagger's ability. You don't rely on the loop all the time, but can use it in situations where the cards in hand do not address the situation at hand

Med Lab: It's a leadership deck, so your allies are going to do most of the work. Med Lab will keep your allies on the field. Falcon and Snowguard are the primary targets as they have great stats/abilities. You want to get max value out of their actions. Ms. Marvel wants to flip to AE often to make use of all her supports, so Med Lab fits into her kit well.

Thank you thank you. The deck is pretty fun to play. It's done well against different scenarios and I was very happy that I beat Venom Goblin expert with the deck but then I realized I misplayed VG stage 3. I forgot to add 2 threat from VG's trigger, so need to replay it for a proper test.
