Agent 13 ally actives 18 rounds with max total 222 ATK in one phase:

Starting with Alter-Ego form, use Avengers Mansion and X-Bunker to draw 2 cards, then flip to Hero form use Moira MacTaggert to draw 1 more card, total 3 cards.

Then use Mission Planning using Phoenix force and Clarity of purpose pay for the 2 resources, Ally would not take consequential damage.

Agent 13 ally actives 6 rounds using 5 Psychic kicker, Game time or Get ready.

Attack power starts from 7 in the first attack (after exhausting three R&D Facilities, with three +1 ATK upgrade attached).

then every time Agent 13 attacks could ready a Shield card, such that the attack power will go up from 7 to 13 using R&D Facility.

Then use the remaining 3 Psychic kicker, Game time or Get ready, followed by 9 rounds ready using Command Team Shield card activated by Agent 13.

Psychic kicker would give 2 more ATK in 3 rounds, followed by 3 ATK by Phoenix, so subtotal 9 ATK.

So the total ATK in one phase would be 222 ATK.

This is the type of mad scientist think I come here to see. This deck is awesome! It feels like a descry or playdgame style deck. 222 damage…not even a 4-player Thanos can withstand that!

What did you use for the three +1 ATK upgrades? That was the only part that confused me. This is a pretty awesome setup, I really want to try it out.

I was looking over this again and I think I figured it out. The three +1 ATK upgrades are Sidearm, Inspired, and Danger Room Training.
