This Thor deck is built to be playable if you've only purchased the Core Set and Thor's hero pack.
The idea is to control the board - your job is to murder minions while beating the villain's face in. You can use Get Over Here! to pull minions engaged with your friends over to you to draw cards (remember: The limit on Thor's ability is once per phase, so you can draw 2 cards in the hero phase, and 2 cards in the villain phase!), and then mow them down with Relentless Assault and Hammer Throw to drive overkill damage onto the villain.
Mean Swing lets you exhaust Mjolnir and Jarnbjorn for extra damage, without in any way affecting their power as they do not need to exhaust to do anything themselves. This means it's essentially free!
