Hawkeye - DPS

For scenarios that need to hit hard early. This Hawkeye relies on bringing out allies and using Earth's Mightiest Heroes to hit repeatedly with a buffed Hawkeye. Combat Training and Mean Swing should make for some high damage dealing capacity.
