Built for multiplayer Rise of Red Skull campaign
Utilizes Capt. America's high thwart + Heroic intuition + hero ability: "I can do this all day" to provide a constant stream of threat removal. Strong thwarting allies and thwart events round out the deck.
Other considerations:

Events are expensive (3 cost). But in a hero hand of 5 cards, he will be able to play a 3 cost card with 1 card leftover to power "I can do this all day!"

Skilled Investigator - I am very intrigued by the potential for a cheap and efficient card draw. In multiplayer I expect there to be more side schemes on the board. This may be a card that is removed after a few plays depending on performance.

Beat cop - I think it would be fun to run 3 of these, but even though I've put them in decks before, I have NEVER once played them to the table...
