Hawkeye Attack Events

Basic Action, Flip, Ready to Rumble, Down Time. Keep allies' health up in Multiplayer. Martial Prowess - Give people resources to use any Attack card (including hero attacks). Then Keep Up the Pressure to give everyone their best attack card. Arrows are all attack cards so Plan of Attack is a second way to search for them. Test the Defense let's arrows get bonus damage on every 5th attack arrow. Government Liaison + Helicarrier + Quincarrier = free mockingbird entry every round. Sky-Destroyer means playing Mockingbird deals chip damage.
