This deck came together from thinking up a few pleasant combos:

• Connection to the Worldmind + Rock, Paper, Scissors = Guaranteed card draw every turn if you (mostly) just carry Connection to the Worldmind in your hand from turn to turn.

• Tic-Tac-Toe + Ms. Marvel = Nice healing for your fun event bouncing. Deadpool and Gambit are also great Tic-Tac-Toe targets.

• Get Rage-y + Ms. Marvel + Go For Champions! = There's of course the one-stage villain kill with the infinite loop combo, but you don't have to do this. Nick, Prof, and Spider-Man are all great Get Rage-y! targets.

• Supernova Helmet + Stick-To-Itiveness = Always have the physical for Sticky, and Nova rebates the Sticky ready immediately.

• Specialized Training + Symbiote Suit + Unleash Nova Force = Even more readies is more meaningful when you have boosted stats.

• Healing Factor + Forcefield Projection + 'Pool resources = It can be easy enough to keep Nova healed up for full use of his 'Pool resources once Healing Factor hits the table. Forcefield Projection helps keep this a reality, and you can also use Tic-Tac-Toe if need be, or ready with Sticky so you can recover if you flip to alter-ego.

It's all just very pleasant fun and the 'Pool resources help you jumpstart all of your shenanigans. Have fun.

(If you need it to be 40 cards, drop the extra copy of Healing Factor.)

Nice deck! I've been enjoying Nova lately but haven't tried him in Pool...this might make me try it!

“There's of course the one-stage villain kill with the infinite loop combo, but you don't have to do this.”

But how can you not?!

This is some pool shenanigans that ya love to see. Cool deck!

Not to be that guy, but sell me on no Mulligan.

@josseroo Nothing really to sell, just a different approach! I went back and forth on including it, and had reasons, let me think what they were. One had to do with how it interacts with Connection to the Worldmind — you can get lucky and Mulligan into Connection to the Worldmind, expanding your hand, but if you start the turn with Connection to the Worldmind, you are likely disincentivized from playing Mulligan. I think it's very much worth considering and I could have tested it more with 1-2 copies.

Cool beans. In my Nova play I feel like the main thing I'm trying to do is get to Unleash as quickly as possible, over and over, which is a thing that Mulligan facilitates.
