CONCEPT | Bishop likes resources, Three Steps Ahead likes resources. Get X-Jet and Sense of Justice out and you can guarantee the max thwart. Allies are there to thwart when you can’t hit either Even the Odds + Overwatch (in 4 player) or Three Steps Ahead/Impede (the latter in singleplayer), or buy you time to get your big time-splitting upgrades.
