TLDR: Get Scarlet Witch out and get Sidekick on her. Use the rest of the cards to get the most out Quciksilver's many ways to ready. Have fun.
I have played this deck a few times in a few different ways, but there was a request for a Thematic Quicksilver Deck to go against Mansion Attack and this is what I came up with.
Basically, a Sidekick to get Scarlet Witch in play and keep her there. Then use the two of them to solve every problem. Sidekick, Side-by-side, and Inspiring Presence will keep Wanda alive and ready. Moxie and Morale Boost will act like 6 more copies of Maximum Velocity so you get the most out of ever activation of Quicksilver. I threw in Rapid Response to help bring back Scarlet.
I decided against Suit up simply because there is just one target in this deck, in the event that you don't get sidekick in a timely manner, then Quciksilver can hold down the fort while you just let Wanda sit there and do nothing. Having her in play means your AE ability is better, you can play Order and Chaos, and you can target her with Inspiring Presence.
I am open to thoughts.
Love this and will give it a whirl. I often find moxie hard to play, but going to alterego more often has more benefit with sidekick.
