This deck was built around the interaction between Agent Coulson and Rapid Response, allowing you to maintain a THW 2 and blocker every turn for two resources. Since you are already running Coulson, the deck includes a one of tutor package of other useful preparations that you can find when you find an extra Rapid Response or just need a toolbox. 3x Skilled Investigator allows you to hand out card draw to your fellow players.
