Silk's ability to tuck treacheries that she reveals allows for some interesting use of some otherwise unpopular protection cards: Spider-Tingle and Return the Favor.
Because you know the type of card being revealed with Face the Past, you can use Spider-Tingle and the basic Scarlet Spider ally's triggers reliably. You can even tuck extra treacheries behind Spider-Man Noir. Face the Past pulls in a 5 health nemesis minion with no immediate negative effects, allowing you a minion target to kill and tuck, and giving you another reliable trigger for Scarlet Spider.
Gambit and Madame Web give you a bit more control over the which cards you're grabbing with Face the Past and Silk Sense. Black Widow gives you some insurance against pulling an ill-timed Shadows of the Past.
Deft Focus can get a ton of value with all the Superpower cards. Flex cards are Down Time and Prot Scarlet Spider.
