The key to this deck is the combo of Rogue, Wolverine and Teamwork. Getting all of these out (preferably with Danger Room training on both allies and Uncanny X-Men) allows both Rouge and Cyclops to benefit from Wolverine’s attack, without having to ever directly attack with him.

Other cards that really benefit Cyclops here are Squared Off and Meditation, lowering costs and especially as Squared Off is a tactic, it will be something he has frequent access to, allowing for benefits as well from his Priority Target upgrade by pulling out a minion.

The third ally slot is used mostly to block for Cyclops or to be able to confuse with Dazzler as flipping down consistently is necessary to get good benefit out of X-Mansion, the target of which should be Rogue, as Wolverine can heal himself the one damage per turn. Rockslide is included as a backup in case Wolverine doesn’t get pulled, allowing Rogue to take his attack instead. Keeping Rogue out is the priority however to keep the combo going.
