This is a pretty typical Thor deck that wants to manipulate the encounter deck to pull out minions and then hit them with some preparations to remove them or do some thwarting for you.
OK, so this is really just an excuse to play Infiltration. And The Raft to theoretically start throwing minions out from under it every turn to consistently draw cards every villain phase. Is it them most consistent deck? Not really. Does it have the energy icons Thor wants? No. Is it fun when it works? Yeah.
