Hulk Containment Protocol

This is a meme deck idea I had talking about trying to get Hulk to deal as much carnage as possible. I stacked the deck with as much Energy resource as is possible without going over 40 because you need Hulk out ASAP and getting Energy Shield on him is a priority to protect him from himself.

The goal is simply to get Hulk out with Energy Shield and then spend Energy from hand or from Enhanced Reflexes to prevent the damage he deals from discarding Energy when he basic attacks as well as preventing the consequential damage he suffers as well.

Cell Phone is both another Energy resource and allows him to maximize his basic attack and use it out of sequence if needed in multiplayer (though you won't make many friends in multiplayer with this deck).

Enraged is in the deck despite the Muscle resource because you should otherwise have what you need to counteract the extra consequential damage and Captain Marvel ally would benefit from it as well, which pulls them both out of your deck.
