Flush out the threat with Coloprep!

So this deck is fairly simple to operate. We're going to want to have the villian and minions scheme rather than attack. But, when they do attack, it won't hurt us anyways.

So, we're going to start with our upgrades. Invisibility Gear will make any minion we want scheme rather than attack us. Then, after they attack, we can activate Informant to remove threat. If we can't do that Counterintelligence will help. Following that, they will be discarded with Sting Operation. But they won't go to the discard pile, they will go to The Raft where they can remove more threat from a scheme. Throw Overwatch on a scheme to make it better and don't forget your card draw with Skilled Investigator. All this thwarting will also be good for Lay the Trap or Take Out the Guards (which will also feed The Raft as well).

In the event...

We can also block for people per se as well. If someone is in alter ego, we can take whatever threat would be added to the main as damage instead using Great Responsibility. But what if Colossus has a tough status? Tough luck for the villain then. Plus we can look for more side schemes and draw by using One Way or Another and more minion fodder and thwarting with Infiltration.

Friends like these

Then we have allies in the deck. Captain Britain will help a lot with minions or side schemes. Professor X and Storm as well. Moira MacTaggert will help with card draw when we jump back into hero form. Mutant Education and X-Mansion will pair nicely to help us shuffle Colossus cards back into our deck as well.

Smells like a plan!

EDITS
Feel free to take Overwatch out of the deck, as well as Storm to thin the deck out some. Even removing Take out the Guards should bring this down to a more reasonable deck size without changing the deck too much. You can even add in Agent Coulson to have better chances of finding the Prep cards you want. Practiced Plan is another option to keep one of the prep cards you use close as well.

Amazing writeup! This looks a really unique build for Colossus that I haven’t seen.
