In Testing - First Deck
Trying to make one of my favorite characters in MC into a support type of role for the table since I primarily play with newer players that don't play often.
Focusing on providing resources/allies for the table with Resource Reserve and The Circe, which works very well for a deck with a bunch of resources to stash and pay for high cost allies/supports.
Since this is my first deck submitted here, please provide any and all feedback!
Congrats on your first deck! Resource Reserve almost seems tailor made for Bishop! I've never played a full on support deck like this with him, so it looks really cool.
I think the deck will work pretty well, overall. You usually can't go wrong with a bunch of allies with the resources to pay for them. It's probably a play style thing, but I tend to run less resources with him (9-11 ish) to minimize turns with dead hands of all resources.
I would also approach the ally selection a little differently, but there's nothing wrong with what you have here. Exra resources can dump into Machine Man, which you can keep on the table with Advanced Suit and Honorary X-Men. Beast can get you resource cards back. You can flip down to AE to grab Stored Energy and stockpile it to Resource Reserve.
Lastly, I'd consider maybe Helicarrier and Avengers Mansion to lean into the other player support a little more, swapping some of your resource cards for The Power in All of Us.
I can't wait to try out Resource Reserve with Bishop!
