A fun Voltron deck idea of making Spectrum your Sidekick using Salvage, which makes her a 5 thwart, 3 attack, 5 HP ally since it has both a and a icon.

Throw on Honorary Guardian on her and add the great leadership Guardian ally upgrades Comms Implant and Laser Blaster, and you've got yourself a 6/4/8 ally.

Have her take out player side schemes with one thwart, or defeat minions with overkill. Use Resource Reserve to store your Salvage until you can play Spectrum. You can flip to alter-ego without worry since you have an insane amount of thwart readily available. I think the other allies are interchangeable to your playstyle but Groot is great for defending. I had fun with this build but please comment any changes you think are better suited for the deck.

The spectrum Voltron is a great idea. But you can’t use sidekick on her. Identity specific means it’s one the hero’s key signature cards. (Eg black cat for Spidey ). Rocket has no signature ally. So you cant use side by side either.

So you have some extra cards now. I like Leo Fitz for rocket since he finds tech cards. I like Booster Boots because rocket is squishy.

@marktrythank you so much for that clarification, I dont know how but I've never even noticed it said identity specific, I must have just glossed over it.

I would love that rule, making anyone a sidekick! I love rocket. (He's one of my favorite heroes). I have recently built two leadership rocket decks. marvelcdb.com and marvelcdb.com
