I really struggled with making Falcon work, and this is the first deck for him that I got a win out of. Here are the basic ideas behind the choices in this build:

1: Boost Defense

With "Armored Vest", "Soaring Acrobatics", & "Vibranium Microweave" you can get your DEF up to 5. With "Battlefield Awareness" that can get as high as 8 or 9 depending on the pull.

2: Readies

Falcon wants to use his basics as much as possible, and when you are defending all the time, that's hard to make happen. With "Ever Vigilant", "Leading Blow", & "Indomitable", there's a few ways to ready, or at least stay ready.

3 Cosmo

Playing with the top card of the encounter deck revealed means that Cosmo will never need to take consequential damage, so putting a few boosts like "Sidearm" and "Cell Phone" will help the pupper do a little more here and there.

The rest of the build is focused on economy, with a few extra non-exhausting thwarting & damage options on the side. "Starhawk" can attack and thwart then return to your hand to either get played again or pay for something else. "Stop Hitting Yourself" with a DEF of 8 or 9 is really good, but situational at best.

Gonna keep puttering and hopefully I can get it more optimised.

Yeah, Falcon is hard to make work. Did you try Specialized Training so his defense will be even higher so that he can use "Stop Hitting Yourself", which I think you can add 3 and maybe take some other events out.
