Just a pretty straight forward Sidekick build for Vision, that I tested against Magneto which performed really well.

Having Viv hit or thwart for 5 with Inspired and a Side by Side and then ready another 1 or 2 times with Reboot is pretty nice and can get you out of a pickle quite easily.

Ronin can also slap pretty hard with a single copy of Inspired on him and I've grown really fond of including him in my Leadership builds.

Iron Man and War Machine are really good targets for your Call for Backup side scheme and I'd use them for resources until you get that SS into play.

Maria Hill rounds out the allies and makes a cheap chump blocker if for some reason you find yourself low on health.

A couple of resource engines in Quincarrier and Helicarrier round things out nicely especially if you can get them into play early.

And all of the above also taps into the SHIELD theme, which is purely cosmetic as I built this one to use in the Agents of SHIELD campaign.

You could include 1 or 2 of Sidearms for Viv and Ronin if you're playing against a Villain or minions who you know that have Retaliate. It's not too much of a drama as you're thinning your deck slightly with the Call for Backup side scheme anyway.
