This is a standard Psylocke deck with one twist. To force the villain to thwart instead of attack.
As usual with Psyloche, get all her upgrades and try to set up Invisibility Gear.
On Villain phases where you have Physchic Manipulation in your hand, activate invisibilty gear into Phsychic manipulation and the enemy will thwart instead.
