I wanted to make an easy to play and fun Deadpool deck that didn't cause too much trouble at the table for other players. The vibe is variey and being able to do a lot of everything all at once. And I also have some notes and sideboard suggestions.
You can pretty much ignore Deadpool's event cards until you late game.
Cable is a good late game play.
If you happen to be dealt multiple encounter cards. Remember to keep a Get In Front Of Me in hand, as it can counter Crisis Of Infinite Deadpools!
The Deadpool Corps are awesome in small bursts. Remember to use the Deadpool Corps Ship when you have an ally in hand. Just make sure to block with Pandapool so he doesn't survive to the encounter card phase.
Bob is not a Deadpool Corp member.
You already know what Nick Fury and Lockjaw are here for.
Getting Healing Factor into play as early as you can will help you stay in hero mode. As well as Endurance.
Get Ragey can been swapped out for Bazooka at times. It depends on how hard the villian is and how it is to keep an ally on the battlefield.
Not My Responsibilty can save a scheme from busting, so use it to keep ahead.
Build Support will fetch Quincarrier.
Superpower Training will fetch Armed To The Teeth, or Deadpool's Katana.
Chimichanga Truck can help you and another player ready and flip back into the battle.
Helicarrier is nice to have if your low on resources. If you find yourself rich during games, switch it out for Side Holster.
IPAC is fantastic. Just watch your timing with the Deadpool Corp Ship
Armed To The Teeth to get Bambino for Nick if you're feeling spicy. JK. But most times you'll want to arm yourself with a weapon you think will help in the situation you're in. Exp: Hand Cannon, Plasma Pistol, Sonic Rifle, and Stun Gun.
I played this with an Aggression Wolverine player, and we played through some of the expansions on Standard III with Expert.
I can also post the Wolvey deck if folks want?
