+1 defense and retaliate 1 from Captain America's Shield is nice, but could we do a bit more to protect Cap? This deck revolves around putting tech into play and repurposing it into stat boosts and readying. It's time to upgrade the shield with some Energy Barriers!
Ready for a Fight is here to allow flipping down, playing allies for cheap, and triggering our nice alter-ego supports, Leo Fitz and Steve's Apartment. Once we have these cards in play, Ready for a Fight more than pays for itself with the card from Steve's Apartment, the card from Leo Fitz, the bonus card from alter-ego hand size, and the ally discount from Steve Roger's ability.
I found this deck a ton of fun. It defeated Expert Venom first try!
If you have a more minion-heavy scenario, Change of Fortune could also be useful from all the retaliate and damage from energy barriers. It is not at all necessary for this deck to function, but it is a nice sideboard card. You could also add Quincarrier, but this deck also works fine without it.
