This is a Starter Build for the Nio Darkwinds campaign, which forces you to remove the toughest basic cards from the Core Set.
This is the Captain Marvel pre-con modified to fit the campaign rules and tries to cover for missing Hulk and Tigra - first attempt just adds punch. Relentless Assault have overkill, which is maybe good.
