This deck focuses on the numerous synergies that exist between aerial allies, aerial events and Wonder Man's abilities. Let's be real, if a Wonder Man deck does not include events from all 4 aspects, it is pretty sad, isn't? So let's cover the entire rainbow! Pink is not a rainbow color, I see you Pool lovers!
The Synergy with Aerial Allies
Wonder Man likes resources to overpay his events. Guess what! Captain Marvel and Sunspot like your deck to include as many resources as possible to maximize their damage and stun potential! On top of that, Adam Warlock can discard any of your numerous cards to heal 3 damage when Wonder Man's ability is too slow to trigger.
The Synergy with Non-Leadership Aerial Events
It is crazy how all Non-leadership Aerial events synergize well with Wonder Man and his allies. Everywhere All at Once can be overpaid with Mr. Hollywood, but this is an obvious one. The really interesting part comes with Aerial Intervention and Bombs Away that both require you to exhaust an Aerial character for their effect. Normally these are not used because we lack Aggression and Protection Aerial allies; but here, we have plenty to fulfill the requirement. Playing Aerial Intervention prevents 3 damage and heals Wonder Man for 1 exhausting any ally. The nicest part comes next: having played an Aerial card, you immediately ready the exhausted ally with Flight Squadron.
The Aero Cherry on the Starstruck Cake
Finally and to top it all off, Aero boosts all aerial characters' ATK until the end of a phase when she exhausts. Which means that your Starstruck now deals one extra damage. You know, these kinds of extra synergies you did not ask for but make the picture even more beautiful :)
Conclusion
This deck won consistently with high tempo against Expert Ronan, Venom Goblin and Magneto. I don't think I've seen a deck alike yet, give it a shot, and fly over the rainbow :)

Feb 26, 2026Cool, did a similar build some days before. Felt that with 3x Power of Flight, I could ditch Genius and Strength, and I went with Reinforced Suit + Adam Warlock :) |

Feb 28, 2026I tried it without genius/strength, but with Build Support (because multiplayer). And I didn't do much for the whole game, I got unlucky though I would say (so the deck probably has more potential, and I'll try again) but I couldn't keep an ally in play... only time I could thwart for 3 threat on 5 different schemes well...the villains (four horsemen) died ... :p |

Mar 02, 2026I’ve been looking at building a deck like this next, and reading your description, it just occurred to me how good of an interaction he has with Flight Squadron. I was a little down Aerial Intervention and Bombs Away until you pointed out how they’ll ready the ally you exhaust with the team card. Thanks for pointing that out! That’s super helpful. |

Mar 03, 2026With Aero and Cloud 9 wanting to stay out indefinitely, maybe Triskellion would be in order? |
Y'a pas un peu trop de thune dans ton deck?
