This deck — modified from @boomguy's Basic B!tch deck — is one of a pair of thematic decks meant to played together as the iconic duo of Wolverine and Jubilee. As one might expect, Jubilee tends to play a support role for most of the game, dishing out stuns and confuses with Firecracker and Flash of Light, while also being largely responsible for eliminating threat. (Wolverine is then free to play a DPS role — and he's the best at what he does in that regard.)

To help Jubilee excel at her threat-removal role, I prioritize getting Jubilee's Coat on the board right away. I open every game the same way: Jubilee is first player and immediately pulls Shopping Spree using Mall Rat. Then, Logan exhausts to remove one threat from Shopping Spree (using the Call Action rule). Next, Jubilation Lee exhausts to remove the second threat and get Jubilee's Coat.

You have a few options to get Jubilee's Sunglasses after that: • Use Mutant Education to get Shopping Spree shuffled back into Jubilee's deck then immediately pulling it out using Mall Rat. • Use Superpower Training (added bonus of helping Wolverine get Adamantium Skeleton or Berserker Frenzy). • Just buying it normally when you draw it.

That said, since Wolverine is able to deal so much damage, I never worried too much about getting the Sunglasses out and usually did whichever of the above options presented itself organically from the luck of the cards.

Once you have the Coat, Multitalented and Flash of Light can each remove up to 5 threat if they can exhaust the Coat. To further assist Jubilee in keeping the threat manageable, Professor X and Unlikely Duo add a couple more opportunities to confuse the villain.

Jubilee is on the squishy side so she's often flipping to Alter-Ego, making it easy to play X-Gene and making Moira MacTaggert and X-Mansion critical assets. Additionally, I try to give Jubilee Down Time and Endurance. Both cards can also be found in Wolverine's corresponding deck and I tend to play them on Jubilee. (They're nice-to-haves for Wolverine, but virtually essential to keep Jubilee alive against heavy-swinging opponents.) Between, those upgrade, X-Mansion, and Multitalented, it's not too hard to keep Jubilee healthy. I'll also sometimes use X-Mansion on Rogue (from Wolverine's deck) or Gambit if he attaches a high-boost-icon card.

The X-Jet and X-Mansion are also duplicated in Wolverine's deck so that it's easier to get them out quickly.

Lastly, having Colossus in Jubilee's deck makes it easier for Wolverine to play Fastball Special (and he becomes a 2-cost card when you have at least one Team-building Exercise out.) He also, obviously helps our duo stay healthy with his Toughness.

I haven't been brave enough to try Expert with these decks yet, but they've breezed through every encounter from Mojomania, Next Evolution, and Age of Apocalypse in Standard mode.
