This is a defense deck in which the hero should never defend.
The combo of Ops Room and Hangar Bay originated in this Hawkeye deck: Victor Mancha syncs with Hangar Bay and Ops Room: defend for 2 (reduced by one with his ability and reduced again with Ops Room), remove a threat (Ops Room), ready (Hangar Bay), then defend/thwart again. The other allies can use this support combo but do not get Victor's inherent damage reduction.
With allies defending, Vision focuses on the suite of tech upgrades (Energy Barrier, Plasma Pistol) and Repurpose. Vision's boosted stats can be used for thwarting (Intangible) or he can change forms (Dense) to attack. What Doesn't Kill me (powered by his Solar Gem) grants additional readies. As does Reboot.
The prime benefit of returning to alter-ego is using Hickory Branch Lane to recur Vivian. Now also shuffle Repurpose or What Doesn't Kill Me into the deck with Defensive Training. Jarvis is available to assist in the recuperative moment. Ready for a Fight is the failsafe against losing the main scheme to threat.
