The strategy is to use Cap's "I Can Do This All Day" hero ability to ready and sync with multiple allies via Teamwork and Unified Strike. Earth's Mightiest Heroes adds another ready to get the right teammates, including Captain America, online at the right time.

Honorary Avenger allows Steve Rogers to ready with Earth's Mightiest Heroes as well as keep Mighty Avengers online while in alter-ego.
