Black Widow - Regroup and Come Back Stronger

Based on HeroicSkeleton's Cameo deck that using the Black Panther ally, Shuri. The idea is to use Regroup and Rapid Response to get your impactful allies, those that give a benefit when they enter play, back on the board and into the fight. Regroup is actually pretty great if you can time it right, because it helps both you and other players if playing in multiplayer. The primary target for Regroup should be Winter Soldier with the goal of playing him for free whenever possible. It could even be a target for Caught Off Guard if it lines up right. Rapid Response can/should be used on the other allies first, and Winter Soldier second.

Hawkeye refreshes his arrows. Kaluu might give you an event. Lower likelihood that increases in probability as your supports and upgrades hit the table. Stil a cheap ally. Maria Hill gives all players a card. Nick Fury will likely give you 3 cards. Yellow Jacket can possibly find Avenge Me, Rapid Response, or really any number of your 16 Upgrades.

Since the goal of this deck is for allies to be defeated to trigger Rapid Response or Regroup and Avenge Me, I've purposefully avoided any leadership events that would have you discard an ally.

Command Team and Get Ready get a few more uses out of your allies before chump blocking with them or forcibly triggering Avenge Me through consequential damage.

Call for Backup and Evaluate Threat are great options for getting those more expensive allies into play.
