Ghosted v2

Second draft as the previous version seemed to delete itself. More defense events, more "Stop Hitting Yourself", slightly fewer upgrades, but more copies of the ones that matter most (Armored Vest and Defensive Conditioning). I reckon this is a pretty solid version. Remove Never Back Down if you're against a Steady or Stalwart villain, otherwise should have plenty of defending each turn.
