You choose exactly what the situation demands—Electric Arrow for a stun, Cable Arrow for threat removal, Explosive Arrow for swarms, or Vibranium Arrow to finish the job. So instead of trying to make Leadership about big Ally boards or Voltron strategies, this deck asks a different question: "How do we make sure Quiver hits the table as early as possible and never run out of gas?"
