This deck leans heavily into a few core themes; each theme supports the idea that you should be able to stay in hero form if not all game most of it.

First the core resource in this deck is physical 18 of the 40 cards are physical helping you lean into “Hulk Smash” to deal 13 damage, or “Sub-Orbital Leap” which paying with physical resources allows for 5 threat to me removed at a time. Then finally “Unstoppable Force” the extra card is of extreme importance to Hulk.

Allies & Upgrades

Mockingbird is there to Stun then after that she and every other ally is there either to DEFEND or remove THREAT every turn. Likewise She-Hulk is there to deal maximum damage and with the high rate of card cycling through your deck

The idea with She-Hulk is to attach combat training to her (+1 ATK) then after the 1st attack having her become “Enraged” for a 2nd ATK of (5 ATK). If you can cycle to her just twice in a game that’s a total of 14 DMG with She-Hulk for an 8 resource cost.

Then the other upgrades are to essentially used to build fully enraged Hulk that with Jarnbjorn (+2 DMG), “Combat Training” (+1 ATK), “Boundless Rage” (+1 ATK) and “Immovable Object” and a retaliate of (+1) for a combo of 8 ATK if everything is setup correctly.
