Mutant Peacekeepers Float in a Gunboat

This is a 50 card deck. Utopia provides another ally slot to have 4 allies in play to toggle Mutant Peacekeepers or Gunboat Diplomacy (once Children of the Atom is in play). When exhausting Phoenix with these events, any confused enemies take an additional point of damage with Float Like a Butterfly in play. Concussive Blow can confuse them as well as Dazzler or Professor X.

Honorary X-Men allows Jean to use the X-Jet in alter-ego to help play an ally found using Cerebro along with triggering Danger Room to add Mission Training to them as they enter play.
