Stay in Gamma form to get +2 ATK and overkill on Gamma Blast.
Follow Through will boost the output of this and the Aggression attack events. Use No Quarter to draw more Aggression cards to hand. Energy Duplication can generate any necessary resource. Honed Technique will boost the damage from Aggression attack events even further.
Use Blood Rage and Battle Fury to lower Spectrum's hit points to make a Full-Body Charge with overkill. If all 3 copies of Follow Through and Honed Technique are online, that's 12 damage +3 extra on to the villain.
Into the Fray can help manage threat on the main scheme.
