This Magneto is built around the idea of keeping the Magnetic Bubble in play as long as possible. To achieve this, Magneto comes with multiple sources of Tough as well as the various energy barriers to keep the Retaliation of Magnetic Bubble.
Ideally, Magneto would stay at max health so he gets Retaliation 2. I gave him a few extra energy barriers so that he can act more like a wall (totally not unlike how he plays in Rivals).
