Daredevil has a relatively low cost curve for his hero kit. Let's splurge on the Spider-Man Avenger ally.
The Sense deck upgrades want Daredevil himself to finish off side schemes ("You" includes upgrades and events, not an ally or support). Take Out the Guards and Specialized Training are above the 3 threat per player curve. Spider-Man softens them up for Daredevil to finish off. Have Manifold to find them or Focus the Senses.
Use One Way or Another to find a side scheme in the encounter deck instead. Thwart it away with Clear the Area to draw another card. These will help pay for Spider-Man.
Know Your Enemy and Operative Skill help with exact thwart to trigger Stealth Training. Stick will toggle the boost from Heroic Conditioning so Daredevil can get the extra hit points without sacrificing the basic activation to thwart exactly.
Daredevil's hero-specific events are buffed by upgrades attached to minions and side schemes: Befuddle, Legal Trouble, Chance Encounter, Followed.
Deft Focus plays an upgrade from the Sense deck since they each have the superpower trait. Sense of Justice helps pay for thwart events.
With Specialized Training, do not take Surveillance Specialist but one of the other upgrades, probably Combat Specialist.
