This deck is for my custom Deadpool pack. As anybody who is familiar with this pack knows, Deadpool plays second fiddle to his signature ally, Cable, much to his chagrin! Since Deadpool’s hero-specific weapons can be equipped by Cable, and since Cable can ignore the restricted rule, this deck is focused entirely on getting him into play, beefing him up, and trying to ensure that he doesn’t get taken out too quickly.
Ideally, you’ll equip the Katanarama upgrade on Deadpool, and then give all the other restricted weapons to Cable. Once you get sky cycle, inspired, Larry, Moe, and Katanarama! on Cable, you’ll be able to hit for a minimum of 15 per round, which is bananas, but quite difficult to accomplish.
This is a theme deck for sure, and doesn’t win with consistency, but when it goes off, it is some of the most fun I’ve had!
